Tunstall Garden Buildings

Tunstall design and manufacture garden buildings. A large proportion of their sales come from the South East of England, an area which already has several garden building manufacturers.
Although their products are superior in quality and considerably cheaper than those in the South East too few orders were placed - research concluded that consumers equated the higher prices of their competitors with better quality and thought Tunstalls products must be inferior.
Working with Tunstall, we researched the market and concluded that a new corporate image, to reflect the trend of garden buildings becoming lifestyle purchases, would increase their market share.
Careful targeting has proved extremely successful, leading to increased sales and selling prices. We also helped Tunstall unlock government funding to bolster their marketing budget.
